App storage and external services
1. Local project storage Project files, edits, imported video, audio, images and subtitles, and rendered results are stored on your computer in your chosen location. Voxvion does not automatically upload the whole project to its own cloud. Cloud-synced folders and network locations follow the selected service’s policies. 2. External AI and media requests Only the input needed for a feature is sent to your selected API provider: text, prompts, scripts, subtitles, selected images or audio, model/voice/generation settings and authentication credentials. Key validation, voice lists, request status and result downloads also contact the provider. Supported services include Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic and ElevenLabs. AI music generation sends the music prompt, model, requested duration and API credentials to Google Gemini/Lyria or ElevenLabs. Built-in music preview and application are local and do not contact an API provider. 3. Provider policies The provider’s terms, privacy policy and your account/API agreement govern handling, retention and use of submitted information. Review them before using external features and send only information you are authorized to share. 4. Screen recording, camera and avatar Screen/camera recording, face framing, background removal and the character avatar are processed locally. These features do not identify people or send frames to an AI provider. Recordings can retain screen video, microphone/system audio, camera originals and transparency masks, including camera originals in avatar mode. Review saved files before sharing; delete recordings, project copies and backups you no longer need. Sending selected media through an external AI feature is a separate transfer described above. 5. Consent and withdrawal Explicit installation acceptance is recorded locally. Otherwise, consent is requested before the first external feature. Review documents and history, accept or withdraw in Terms and privacy. Withdrawal blocks later external requests; local editing and rendering remain available. Already submitted information remains subject to the provider’s policies. A revised document requires a new explicit choice; older records remain unchanged.
Settings, security and retention
API keys and purchase-rights caches are protected with Windows user-scoped encryption. Settings and consent history remain locally until removed; consent records contain document versions, choices and times, not prompts or API keys. Local crash reports retain up to 20 records. Startup error logs may include technical paths. Projects and backups are not encrypted as a whole and must be deleted separately. Microsoft processes Store accounts and payments; the app receives purchase-rights information, not card details.
Optional voice cloning
Creating My voice sends your voice sample, name and API key to ElevenLabs and stores the clone in your provider account. A separate explicit choice is required. Delete the voice through the app or ElevenLabs; deleting a local key alone does not delete the provider's copy.
Website visits and preferences
Language, theme and counting preferences use localStorage; a visit identifier uses sessionStorage. These are not advertising cookies. The site's counting database does not retain IP addresses. When Cloudflare delivers this site, it processes connection information such as IP addresses under its own policy. DNT or opting out stops our counting, not network delivery.
This site counts page views and daily browser sessions. A temporary identifier is kept only in sessionStorage; the server stores its daily hash and view count for up to 365 days. IP addresses, raw identifiers, browser details and external browsing history are not stored. Sessions are not a count of real people. No advertising trackers are used.
We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. You can opt this browser out of counting below.
Support and privacy requests
Emailing csopera10@gmail.com shares your address, message and any attachments with csopera through Gmail to answer your request. Messages remain in the support mailbox until deleted; no automatic deletion period is currently configured. Do not send API keys or unnecessary private files. Ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction through this address.
csopera10@gmail.com ↗Your choices and provider data
Withdraw external-service consent in Settings; remove local keys separately and revoke keys with the provider if needed. Previously sent data is governed by the provider's retention, training and deletion rules and may be processed outside your country. Check the linked policies and your account conditions, including age restrictions. For data held only on your PC or by a provider, use that storage location or provider's deletion process. Contact us about children's data or unauthorized voice use.
